Lemon Truffle Potatoes


3 lbs Yukon potatoes cut into wedges
1 T Truffle Oil
2 T Olive Oil
1 t Lemon Sea Salt(fine)
1 t Black Truffle Sea Salt
1 t fresh Oregano lightly chopped
2 C chicken or vegetable broth


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

In a large bowl place potato wedges, all other ingredients except broth and toss.  Pour into a deep pan and add broth.  Place in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Finish with a large pinch each of Lemon and Black Truffle Salt.
