Lemon & Garlic Brussel Sprouts

This is an easy and delicious dish to prepare with Brussel Sprouts. I hope you enjoy it as much as Don and I.
- 2 Cups frozen or fresh Brussel Sprouts
- 2 Cups water
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- Step 1 Place Brussel Sprouts, salt and water in pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Step 2 Remove from stove, drain water from pan.
- Step 3 Place butter on Brussel Sprouts, and stir.
- Step 4 Add lemon juice, garlic, stir and serve.
