This is an easy and delicious dish to prepare with Brussel Sprouts. I hope you enjoy it as much as Don and I.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups frozen or fresh Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 Cups water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
Directions
  • Step 1 Place Brussel Sprouts, salt and water in pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2 Remove from stove, drain water from pan.
  • Step 3 Place butter on Brussel Sprouts, and stir.
  • Step 4 Add lemon juice, garlic, stir and serve.
