Ingredients
  • 6 medium sized red potatoes - Yukon Gold can be substituted
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried diced Jalapeño Peppers or 1 fresh
  • 1 dried Scotch Bonnet Habanero or 1 fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vintage Salts Ghost Pepper Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
Directions
  • Step 1 Put the dried ingredients into a bowl and mix with Canola Oil and mix thoroughly
  • Step 2 Dice potato and mix into oil mixture making sure to coat potatoes with peppers and oil
  • Step 3 Heat non-stick frying pan to medium-low
  • Step 4 When heated add potatoes – do not cover –
  • Step 5 Peel and cut garlic into 1/8 inch slices
  • Step 6 turn after 5 minutes blending the garlic slices
  • Step 7 Watch closely so garlic does not burn, Turn every 3-4 minutes until done.
  • Step 8 Serve warm
